Glueck, Jr., United States Marine Corps, for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Commanding Officer, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), II Marine Expeditionary Force, from July 1998 to February 2001.
